Ruby on Rails already lets a small team move faster than almost any other stack. We built a methodology on top of it — AI-driven discovery and planning, AI-assisted implementation, and a hard rule that every line ships only after one of us has read it — so that speed doesn't come at the cost of quality. We used that exact process to build our own products, Donecast, Tokky, and Pairin, before offering it to clients.
We keep our client list short on purpose. Every project gets one of us, directly, from the first call to the last commit — no account managers, no hand-off to a junior team halfway through.
